Rural Minnesota CEP (Concentrated Employment Program) administers
employment and training programs for both the Federal and State
governments within 19 counties of Minnesota. CEP's purpose is to assist
individuals with training and employment that will enable them to achieve
self-sufficiency. Programs that are available include wage subsidy
contracting, work training, vocational funding, recruitment, and
pre-scanning of applicants for employers. CEP welcomes contacts from both
